* Will you be able to introduce 3 potential clients to Synergy in the first month of your employment as a fit for Synergy’s analytical chemistry, microbiology, or pharmaceutical development services? If yes, please elaborate.
* Give one example of a lost deal in which you were involved; explain what went wrong, what you changed in your process, and the measurable impact after that change.
* How do you qualify a prospective client for Synergy’s lab services (feasibility checks for sample throughput, required assays such as HPLC, MS, NGS, sterility, timelines, and budget signals)?
* Which tools, metrics, and pipeline reports did you rely on to forecast sales for laboratory testing or development services (name CRM, KPIs such as qualified leads, sales velocity, pipeline by service type)? Show or describe one example KPI report you produced.
* Tell me about a partnership, referral, or cross-sell you established that expanded scope with a client (for example, moving from single test analytical work to full formulation + stability + release testing).
* Walk me through the last proposal or RFP response you led for laboratory or development services: your role, timeline, tailored value propositions (regulatory support, GLP/GMP facility, ISO 17025, CLIA), and outcome.
